Andre Kwok was United Nations legal consultant at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia following Case 002/02. He is interested in transitional justice in Asia and digital societies. Andre was a Westpac Scholar to the National University of Singapore’s Faculty of Law and currently a research assistant at the Australian National University’s College of Asia and the Pacific.
