Dr Mustafa Izzuddin, who received his PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), is a foreign policy analyst on maritime Southeast Asia and research fellow at the National University of Singapore’s Institute of South Asian Studies and University Scholars Programme. He was formerly a Fellow with the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute and a Fulbright Fellow at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and East-West Center in Washington DC.
