Ngô Di Lân is a researcher at the Institute of Foreign Policy and Strategic Studies, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. His major research interests include: territorial conflicts, IR theory, and applications of AI in national security matters. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Politics from Brandeis University, where he studied how states respond to territorial faits accomplis.
