Stephen Conroy

Senator Stephen Conroy is Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the Senate and Shadow Minister for Defence. He was first appointed to represent Victoria in the Senate in 1996 and his ministerial positions in the second Gillard administration included Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, and the Minister Assisting the Prime Minister on Digital Productivity.

We believe that Australia and other like-minded countries should act to support the international rules-based order in the South China Sea.
