Lyn Lusi is founder of HEAL Africa and helps run HEAL's medical centre in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a country facing enormous humanitarian problems. She spoke to the Lowy Institute on Wednesday about gender-based violence as a tool of war in the DRC, and the role of the international community in the DRC's plight.
