Not so many years ago, sushi was a niche taste (update: outside Japan, that is). The growth of cheap sushi outlets in Australia alone has been pretty phenomenal, and it seems China, the Americas and Europe are developing a taste for it too. Judging by the trailer, the story of sushi looks like a useful case study of globalisation and sustainability.
