Griffith University and the Lowy Institute for International Policy have a strong reputation in development and G20 studies.

Drawing on the international expertise of these two institutions as well as their network of national and international collaborations, the conference brings together a group of high profile speakers to discuss the broad question of the role of G20 in the process of global economic development.

The Honourable Campbell Newman MP, Premier of Queensland

will officially open the conference followed by presentations from experts from across the globe, including:
