Alexi Heazle is a Master of Strategic Studies (Advanced) student at the Australian National University. His research focuses on Indo-Pacific security issues with particular reference to Australia-Japan relations. He has worked as a Policy Officer for the Oaktree Foundation and as an events associate for the Australian Institute of International Affairs. He is currently on the organising committee for the Australian Crisis Simulation Summit, as well as working as a partnerships officer for the Australia-Japan Youth Dialogue.
