Chhay Lim is currently a Visiting Fellow at Center for Southeast Asian Studies, Institute for International Studies and Public Policy of the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He is concurrently a Monbukagakusho Scholar at Ritsumeikan University and a Young Leader at the Pacific Forum.
