Dr David Schaefer is a Lecturer at the ANU National Security College. He was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of War Studies in King’s College London. He is co-author, with the late Michael Herman, of Intelligence Power in Practice (Edinburgh University Press, 2022).
