Eleanor Shiori Hughes is a Non-Resident Fellow at Econvue, a Chicago-based think tank that conducts research on economic policies and geopolitical developments. Her research interests are US engagement in the Indo-Pacific, Japanese foreign policy and security, the Quad, and workforce development initiatives for critical technologies.
