Dr Fabrizio Bozzato is a political analyst and commentator focused on East Asia, the Pacific Islands region and Sino-Vatican relations. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Ocean Policy Research Institute of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation in Tokyo and a Research Fellow at the CEMAS Center of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He has a MA from the University of Tasmania and a PhD from Taipei’s Tamkang University. Dr Bozzato also serves as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (non-resident) of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Republic of Nauru.
