Fidelis Leite Magalhães is president of Alternative Futures-Institute of Politics and International Affairs (IPIA), a think tank based in Timor-Leste. He is a political economist and public policy specialist, and a former Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Timor-Leste.
