Geoffrey Till is Emeritus Professor of Maritime Studies at King’s College London and Director of the Corbett Centre for Maritime Policy Studies. He is an adviser at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Singapore. He has previously been a Visiting Research Fellow at the National Institute for South China Sea Studies, Hainan, China. His Understanding Victory: Naval Operations from Trafalgar to the Falklands was published in 2014 and his fourth edition of Seapower: A Guide for the Twenty-First Century was published in 2018.
