Hui Ying Lee is a Senior Analyst at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She has recently participated in a program organised by SEAMEO Regional Centre for History and Tradition, an annual exchange which seeks to facilitate and share the history, culture and current situation of Myanmar with international scholars.
