James Blackwell is a proud Wiradjuri man, a Research Fellow in Indigenous policy at the Centre for Social Impact at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, and a Visiting Fellow with the Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs at the Australian National University, Canberra.
