Julio S. Amador III is senior fellow at the Ateneo Policy Center and Philippine Lead Investigator for the NORM Project. His career has spanned government, non-profit, and the private sector. He earned his MA in International Relations at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs through a Fulbright grant.
