Katherine is a senior adviser at the ANU National Security College and a fellow at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, with a focus on technology policy, foreign affairs and national security. She has previously worked as a commercial solicitor, an adviser to Australia’s financial services minister, and a Judge’s associate in the High Court of Australia.
