Klaus Kotzé is an Honorary Research Affiliate at the Centre for Rhetoric Studies, University of Cape Town. He has completed his PhD (BRICS: Strategies of Persuasion) and an ensuing post doctorate at the same Centre where he employed rhetorical analyses to explore BRICS’ official documentation, the South African Constitutional project, Cyril Ramaphosa’s communication strategies, and the rhetorical responses to Covid-19.
Klaus is also a research analyst and rapporteur at the Inclusive Society Institute, Cape Town. Here he works on South Africa’s national affairs and strategic development. He is currently developing a framework for an imminent National Dialogue, a mechanism to engender greater socio-economic parity.
