Kwei-Bo Huang is Vice Dean and Associate Professor of Diplomacy at National Chengchi University College of International Affairs (Taiwan, ROC). A Ph.D from Government and Politics Department, University of Maryland, College Park, he has focused largely on conflict management, public diplomacy, US foreign policy towards the Asia Pacific, and Southeast Asia regional security. He served as Chairman of Research and Planning Committee, ROC Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and he was a Fulbright visiting scholar at SAIS, Johns Hopkins University and a visiting fellow at Brookings Institution Center for East Asia Policy Studies.
