Maximilien Xavier Rehm is a PhD candidate at the Graduate School of Global Studies Doshisha University in Kyoto Japan. His research focuses on Japanese politics, specifically foreign policy and migration policy. He holds an MA in International Relations from Ritsumeikan University.
