Neely Haby is currently a visiting scholar at Stanford University’s Centre for International Security and Cooperation conducting research on the US-India defence relationship. Her permanent role is with the US Department of Defence serving at US Indo-Pacific Command. She received her Masters in International Affairs from the George H.W.
