Dr Rosalie Hall is a Full Professor at the College of Arts and Sciences, University of the Philippines Visayas, Miagao, Iloilo. She has completed research projects and published on civil-military relations, peace and conflict, rebel integration, security arrangements and gender issues in the Bangsamoro area, Mindanao, Philippines. She was Principal Investigator for a collaborative grant and Visiting Fellow under the Australian National University (ANU) Philippines Project in 2018-2019.
