Serah Sipani is a lawyer by profession with more than ten years’ experience in private sector development in Papua New Guinea. Since 2014, she has worked extensively in the policy and legal content area for the coffee sector in PNG, looking at the legal and regulatory bottlenecks of exporting coffee including trade logistics and market access issues for coffee SMEs.
