Victoria Dimond is a senior policy analyst at the Center for Global Development.

Prior to joining CGD Dimond worked as a Senior Economist at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). At DFAT Dimond worked on Australia's aid program in the Asia-Pacific providing advice on macro-fiscal and growth issues. She has also worked at the Australian Ministry of Finance on the national budget and for not-for-profit organizations in Australia and Uganda.

Dimond has degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of Sydney.
