Wesley Morgan is a Lecturer in International Affairs at the School of Government, Development and International Affairs at the University of the South Pacific, and an Adjunct Fellow at the Griffith Asia Institute, Griffith University. Prior to joining USP, he was Pacific Policy Advisor with Oxfam. He has written widely on contemporary issues in the Pacific islands, including climate change, migration, the politics of regional cooperation, and the Pacific’s engagement in international trade negotiations.
