Zoe Leung is the former senior director of research at the George H. W. Bush Foundation for US-China Relations. Her research and writing focus on US policy toward relationships and activities in the Indo-Pacific. Her analyses have been featured in Foreign Policy, The Hill, The Diplomat, The National Interest, RealClearWorld, and South China Morning Post.
