Brigid O’Farrell

Brigid O’Farrell is the 2019 Thawley Scholar at the Lowy Institute and a visiting fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC. She is a Rhodes Scholar and MPhil candidate at the University of Oxford.
