Kate Sullivan-Walker

Kate Sullivan-Walker recently completed a Master of Public Administration at the Lee Kuan Yew School of the National University of Singapore. This article draws on research conducted during that program. Kate Sullivan-Walker is an employee of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
