Luana Margarete Geiger

Luana Margarete Geiger is an Adjunct Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), a non-resident fellow at the Taiwan Center for Security Studies (TCSS), and Director of Programs at Observa China.
