Lucrezia Poggetti

Lucrezia Poggetti is a Research Associate in the European China Policy Unit and the Foreign Relations program at the Mercator Institute for China Studies in Berlin. Her research focuses on China’s approaches to different European regions and public diplomacy strategies in Europe, as well as society relations between Europe and China. Prior to joining MERICS, she gained professional experience at the Delegation of the European Union to China. Poggetti holds a Master’s degree in Chinese Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and has spent one year at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou studying Chinese language.
