Patrick Saez

Patrick Saez is a senior policy fellow at the Center for Global Development on secondment from the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office where he serves as a Senior Humanitarian Adviser. His research focuses on the international response to humanitarian crises and reform of the international humanitarian system.
