Patrick Walsh

Patrick is a New Colombo Plan Scholar with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) within the Australian government. He is currently a visiting research intern at the Observer Research Foundation (New Delhi), and recently from the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS).
