Samir Saran
Samir Saran is the President of Observer Research Foundation (ORF), one of Asia’s most influential think tanks. He writes frequently on issues of global governance, climate change, energy policy, global development architecture, artificial intelligence, cyber security, internet governance, and India’s foreign policy. His recent academic publications include India’s Climate Change Identity: Between Reality and Perception (2016); “The new India–US partnership in the Indo-Pacific: Peace, prosperity and security” (ORF-Heritage Foundation report, 2018); and “Cyber (in)security: Looking back at 2017” (ORF Special Report, 2017).
