Stephanie Carver

Stephanie Carver is a researcher at Monash University. She has recently completed a PhD in International Relations from Monash University where she researched nonstate actors and state formation in Somalia. Her recent publications have focused on Turkey's involvement in Somalia and the protection of Somalia's fish stocks.
