Stephen Gray
Stephen Gray is a peace practitioner and researcher based in Myanmar, and a Director of Adapt Research and Consulting. Stephen has held professional roles with the New Zealand Government, Columbia University, international non-government organisations, and United Nations departments and agencies on four continents. His professional work focuses on support to dialog processes intended to resolve intrastate conflicts.
Stephen holds a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University. His research focuses on systems approaches to conflict analysis, transformation and peacebuilding. Stephen’s articles have been published by the United States Institute of Peace, Foreign Policy, the Huffington Post, the Earth Institute at Columbia University, and ACCORD. He is a Fulbright and Freyburg Scholar, a certified mediator, and occasional lecturer.
