Zachary Haver

Zachary Haver is a Party Watch Initiative Fellow at the Center for Advanced China Research. He specialises in the South China Sea disputes and Chinese economic statecraft. Zachary has worked on Chinese defence and economic issues as a government contractor, with nonprofit research organisations and in academia. He holds a BA from the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs.
