Hugh Piper

Hugh Piper is a geopolitical commentator and public policy professional based in Sydney. He has experience in the think tank sector in Australia and United Kingdom, having worked at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, the Asia-Pacific Development, Diplomacy and Defence Dialogue (AP4D), and the James Martin Institute for Public Policy. Prior to these roles, Hugh was a strategic policy adviser and ministerial speechwriter at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He holds degrees in public policy from the University of Oxford and law and US history from the University of Sydney.
